The Attainable Housing Alliance was established as a joint partnership between the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago, the Northern Illinois Home Builders Association and the Home Builders Association of Greater Fox Valley for the purpose of opposing the unfair government mandates and special fees that quietly drive up the cost of a new or remodeled home. By banning together, we are a compelling and unified voice of the homebuilding industry.
